We are located at Panna Mansion, P 344 CIT Road in the Kankurgachi area. Sapna Agarwal is one of the names you might hear around here. The office is right on the main road, so it’s easy to find but can be quite noisy with all the traffic outside. We at Ibm India Pvt Ltd have been using this space for a good while. It’s an older building, Panna Mansion, so it has a bit of character that you don't find in the new glass towers. We don’t have a lot of fancy tech gadgets in the breakroom, just the basics. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't spend time on fancy presentations about our goals. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. The rooms are a bit tight, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the lift is slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don’t use corporate jargon when we talk to each other. If someone makes a mistake, we just fix it and move on. It’s a simple, honest workplace where people actually know each other's families. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things organized despite the chaos of the city outside.
