Kalicharan Ghosh Road is where you’ll find us, specifically at number 37 1 C 1. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s where we’ve set up for IBM India Pvt Ltd. This part of Kolkata, near the 700050 pin code, is pretty residential. We work out of a small building that’s surrounded by houses and a few local shops. It’s not the kind of place you’d expect to find a tech-related company, but it works for what we need. We have a few rooms and a small balcony where we hang out sometimes. The street is narrow, so parking is always a nightmare. Most of us just take the rickshaw from the main crossing. Inside, it’s just desks, computers, and a lot of tangled wires that we keep meaning to organize. There’s no big sign on the door, just a small sticker. We’ve had some issues with the plumbing lately, so that’s been a distraction. We aren't some big corporate machine here, just a small group of people trying to get things done. We don't wear suits or anything like that. It’s a casual environment and we mostly just talk about the local news while we work. It’s a bit noisy when the local festivals are going on, but we like being part of the neighborhood. It’s just a normal workplace, nothing fancy about it. We just come in every day and do our jobs like regular folks.
