Ibm India Limited

We’re based out of Indralok, right near the talab in Manjhi Tola. This part of Adityapur is where we’ve set up Ibm India Limited. Jamshedpur is a town where everyone knows each other, and it’s the same here. The office is near the water, which is a nice landmark for people trying to find us. It’s a modest building, nothing like those tall towers in the bigger cities. Inside, it’s just us and our computers. We handle a lot of different tasks, and the days go by pretty fast. The room gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually open the windows for some air. You can hear the sounds of the street and the birds from the trees nearby. We aren’t a huge team, so we end up doing a bit of everything. There’s no corporate hierarchy feeling here; we just help each other out when someone gets stuck. We eat our lunch together most days and talk about the local football matches or family stuff. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. We just have this address and our work. If you’re near the talab, you’ll probably see us around. It’s a simple, honest setup where we just get things done.
