I And B Engineers Pvt Ltd is based at P-70, C.I.T Road. We are in the Kankurgachi area, specifically in Scheme -6-M. The building is a familiar sight for those who live around here. It is an older part of the city and the streets are always full of life. We have our engineering office and workspace set up inside P-70. It is a bit of a maze of desks and equipment but we know where everything is. The fans overhead hum all day long to keep the air moving. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and working on different engineering problems. Kankurgachi is a busy hub so there is always noise from the traffic on C.I.T Road. We have been at this address for a long time. The name I and B has a history in this neighborhood. We are not a corporate office with glass walls. We are just a group of engineers and staff working in a regular building. Sometimes the lifts are slow so we take the stairs. We have our tea from the local vendor who comes by in the morning. It is a decent place to work and we have a good group of people. We just focus on the engineering jobs and keep things moving forward every day in our little corner of Kolkata.
