Hr Executive

Our spot is on Rupchand Mukhaerjee Lane in Kolkata. If you know this part of the city, you know the streets can be quite narrow and crowded, especially during the monsoon when it rains a lot. Our office for Hr Executive is tucked away at number 5C. It’s a bit of an old building, but it has character. We spend our days mostly talking to people who are looking for work or employers who need someone to fill a spot. Kolkata is a city where things take time, so we do a lot of waiting and following up. We have a small table where we sit and go through piles of applications. It gets a bit dusty with all the papers, but we try to keep it tidy. There is a small tea shop just down the lane that we visit a few times a day. It helps us stay awake when we have to go through a long list of candidates. We don't have fancy leather chairs or glass walls. It’s just a practical space where work gets done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It's not a corporate skyscraper, just a local spot where we handle recruitment. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door because that's just easier for everyone involved. The neighbors are mostly quiet, which is nice for getting things done.
