Hotline Services

This is Hotline Services. We are located over at P 3 Alipore Avenue Extension in West Kolkata, pin 700027. We have been working out of this Alipore office for quite some time. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always noise outside. We deal with various service requests throughout the day. The team is small. We just sit at our desks and get to it. It’s not the kind of place with a big lobby or free coffee for guests. It’s a workspace. We spend most of our time answering calls and fixing issues for people. Kolkata is a big place but Alipore Avenue is a landmark most locals know. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish our tasks and go home to our families. Some days are faster than others. When the phones start ringing, we just keep going until the list is done. We don't have a fancy website with lots of promises. We just have our address and our name. If you need us, you know where to find the office. It's a brick and mortar spot. We’ve been part of the neighborhood for years. Just regular people doing regular work. Sometimes it's stressful but we manage to get through the day together. That's the way it goes here and we just keep at it.
