Home Lite Estates LLP is based at 16 Sudder Street in Kolkata. If you know the area, you know it’s a lively place with lots of travelers and old buildings. Our office is right in the middle of all that 700016 energy. We deal with estates and property matters. The building we are in has seen better days, but it has character. Inside, it’s just us and our desks. We spend a lot of time helping people with property stuff and managing different estates. It’s not a very quiet job because Sudder Street is never quiet. There’s always music or people shouting outside. We’ve grown used to it. The team is small, mostly just locals who know the city inside and out. We don’t use any high-tech gadgets, just the basic stuff to get the job done. Sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming, but we manage. We aren't corporate types. You’ll usually find us in casual clothes just trying to stay cool in the heat. We handle the day-to-day tasks of running an estate business without making a big deal out of it. It’s a lot of meetings and checking on maintenance. We focus on the practical side of things. It’s a busy life here at number 16. We just keep the wheels turning and try to be helpful to anyone who walks in.
