We’ve been set up here in Rupnarayanpur for quite a while now. Most people know us around Jakpura and the wider Medinapur area because we are always out on some site or another. It’s a busy place. Being based in Kharagpur means we deal with a lot of local projects, mostly the kind of work that involves heavy lifting and getting our hands dirty every day. The office is right here near the post office. It isn't a fancy setup, just a practical space where we manage the crews and the equipment. We have a lot of people coming in and out, checking schedules or asking about ongoing work in West Bengal. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the weather gets bad and we can't do much on-site. We just handle things as they come. There is always something needing repair or a new project starting up somewhere nearby. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. The team knows the roads around here like the back of their hands. We don’t spend much time talking about what we do; we just get to the site and start working. If you pass by the Rupnarayanpur area, you’ll likely see our trucks or some of our guys moving stuff around. That’s just how it goes for a construction outfit in a place like this. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the daily tasks without making too much of a fuss about it.
