Himgiri Nirman Llp is based in Chinar Park. We are inside the Clubtown Enclave, specifically in Block 4, Flat 2A. It is a residential area which makes for a calm working environment. We have been here for a while and it suits our needs perfectly. Being in Hatiara means we are close to the main roads but the office itself is tucked away. We handle construction and development work. Most days you will find us sitting around the main table looking at project plans. It is a small operation and we do not have a fancy storefront. We prefer it this way because it keeps our costs down and allows us to focus on the actual building work. The North Parganas area is growing fast, so we stay very busy. We do not use any marketing tricks or big corporate talk. We just speak plainly about what we can do and how long it will take. Most of our clients come through word of mouth. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with suppliers and site supervisors. The traffic around Chinar Park can be quite bad in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We are just a group of people working hard to make sure our projects are finished right. We drink plenty of tea and keep the atmosphere in the office relaxed but focused. It is a good way to work without all the unnecessary pressure.
