We are located on the 4th floor at 225C, A. J. C. Bose Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and getting up the stairs or waiting for the lift takes a minute sometimes. Hiland Group Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this floor for quite some time now. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of branches, just a dedicated group of people trying to make sense of the local property market and development projects. The office is usually full of paperwork and the sound of phones ringing. It’s not always the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time dealing with contractors and trying to make sure projects actually move forward. Some days are just meetings that go on too long, and other days we're out visiting sites to see how the actual building is coming along. It’s a lot of back and forth. We’ve seen the skyline around A. J. C. Bose Road change quite a bit over the years. We just try to keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. If you need to find us, just head up to the fourth floor. There's usually someone there from morning until late evening. We don't do much in the way of advertising, we just rely on people knowing who we are and what we do.
