You can find us over at 842G/1, Upen Banerjee Road, on the second floor in the Parnasree area. It’s a decent spot and we have a good view of the street from up here. We are in the development business, so our days are mostly about planning out new projects and making sure the existing ones are moving along. The office is a busy place, especially when the contractors come in to discuss the next steps. We have a lot of binders filled with schedules and budget sheets. It isn't a very large office, but we have organized it so that everyone has enough space to work. Parnasree is a nice part of Kolkata to be in, and we like being on Upen Banerjee Road. There is a sense of life here that keeps us going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do a good job on the projects we take on. Most of our time is spent on the boring but necessary parts of the business, like getting permits and checking on deliveries. We don't have any big corporate goals to talk about. We just like to see a project through from the beginning to the end. It's a lot of responsibility, but we have a small team of reliable people who have been with us for years. We just take things as they come and try to keep our clients updated on what is happening with their properties.
