Haruko Realty Private Limited is located at 888/2,Madurdah. We are close to the Ps- Anandapurpo-East Kolkata Township Project. This part of the city has seen so much change lately with new buildings going up everywhere you look. Our office is a small, practical space where we manage our realty business. It is not a flashy place with high-tech decor or fancy lights. It’s just a room with what we need to get the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone and going out to visit different sites around the township area. Being near the East Kolkata Township Project is good for us because we are right where the growth is happening. Our office at 888/2 is our main base where we keep all our records and files. It’s a lot of mundane work like checking permits and talking to contractors. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while now. The area around Madurdah is usually pretty busy with construction traffic and people moving around. We like the energy of the neighborhood and being part of it. We don’t make any big claims or use fancy words to describe what we do. We are just Haruko Realty and we spend our days trying to keep our projects moving forward. It’s a simple, honest way to run a real estate business in this part of town.
