Our days start much earlier than most people’s. Usually, we’re up and working while it’s still dark out to get the meat ready for the morning rush. It’s a tough job, and it’s definitely not for everyone. You have to be okay with the cold storage and the physical work of moving heavy inventory around. We supply a lot of the local shops and kitchens around here. Everyone in the neighborhood knows the address. We don’t really do any advertising because word of mouth usually does the job for us.
