H. R. Industries

We’ve been at 216 M. G. Road for a while now. Most people around here know us as H. R. Industries. It's a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the traffic is backed up, but we like it that way. We do industrial stuff, mostly. It’s a lot of manual work and making sure things get done right the first time. The office isn't fancy at all, just some old desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some shops closed down, new ones opened, but we’re still here doing our thing every morning at the same time. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we know how each other works without having to say much. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough for our size. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the trucks outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We keep a pot of tea going most of the day in the back room. If you stop by, someone is usually around to talk shop. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist or anything like that. It’s just a place where work happens. We try to keep things simple. If a job needs doing, we figure out a way to get it done. That's just how we operate at H. R. Industries. Nothing too complicated, just honest work.
