H & Y Constructions Llp

If you know Chandney Chawk Street, you know it’s always packed with people and shops. H & Y Constructions Llp is right in the middle of it at 25/B. It’s a lively place to have an office, even if the traffic makes it a pain to get to sometimes. We mostly do building work around the city. It’s a small operation, really. We spend most of our time on-site, so the office is mainly for storing blueprints and taking care of the bills. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, it's just us talking directly to the homeowners or businesses who need something built. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the construction scene in this part of town. Materials are getting more expensive, and finding good help isn't always easy, but we manage. We don’t go in for fancy talk or big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Being on Chandney Chawk Street means we’re close to a lot of hardware suppliers, which is handy when we need a specific part in a hurry. Our days are long, starting early in the morning and often ending well after dark. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We’ve built up a decent reputation just by being consistent and staying at the same spot for years.
