Gyration Developers Private Limited

Gyration Developers is on the first floor of a building on Madan M Burman Street. It’s right in the 700007 part of Kolkata. We are a small operation, honestly. Most of our time is spent looking at maps and trying to figure out where we can put up the next building. It isn't always easy or fun. Developing land involves a lot of waiting around for pieces of paper and talking to people who are in no rush. We don't have a showroom with fancy lights. Most of the time, the floor is covered in a layer of dust from the traffic outside. It’s noisy, but we’ve learned to talk over the horns. We aren't here to sell you some big dream. We just look for spots where something useful can be built. Sometimes we have big arguments about how a project should look, but we eventually settle it over tea. It’s a very practical business. We deal with bricklayers, truck drivers, and endless phone calls. If you stop by the office, you'll see empty tea cups and maybe some old newspapers on the desks. We’re just normal people trying to earn a living. The work comes in waves. Sometimes we have too much to do and other times we’re just waiting. We know these streets well and we just keep our heads down. We just keep working and trying to stay busy.
