Growfield Builders Private Limited

Growfield Builders Private Limited is over at 86/B/2 Topsia Road South. We are in Flat-3D on the third floor. It’s an apartment that we turned into an office space because it was convenient for the team. Topsia is a busy part of the city, and you can always hear the traffic from the road below our windows. Inside, it’s mostly desks and shelves filled with project folders and blueprints. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go to get some air when the work gets a bit too much. We deal with a lot of construction and development details every day. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and making phone calls to vendors and contractors. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a lobby or a security guard at the door. You just come up to the third floor and knock on the door. We usually have some files scattered around and the printer is always running. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work for us. We try to be helpful when people ask us questions about building stuff, but we don't use any big words or marketing talk. We are just a group of people working hard to make a living in Kolkata. Some days are long and stressful, and other days we finish early. We just take it one day at a time.
