If you head down Cossipore Road, you’ll find us at number 32. GRIHO DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED has been around this part of Kolkata for some time now. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a local group focused on development projects around the neighborhood. The office is pretty basic, just a place to keep our files and meet with people. Cossipore is an older part of town, and we like the history here. Dealing with property and development in an old city like this has its challenges. There is always something to fix or a new regulation to figure out. We spend our days coordinating with workers and checking on building progress. It’s hard work and the weather in Kolkata doesn't always help. We don't have a PR team or anything like that. When you call, you usually just talk to one of us directly. We try to be fair and just do what we said we would do. People around here know us by name. It’s about building things that last and making sure the local area stays functional. We might not be the loudest company in the city, but we are consistent. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. That is really the long and short of it for our little team on Cossipore Road.
