We are located on the 3rd floor of No. 4 Synagogue Street. It’s an old building, so the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up again. Up here, we handle the industrial side of things. It’s mostly desks, phones, and a lot of folders stacked on every surface. We aren't a retail shop where people walk in off the street, so it stays fairly quiet during the day. Most of our work is done over the phone or through messages. We deal with manufacturers and suppliers, trying to keep everything moving along so projects don't get stuck. Synagogue Street has its own character, with a lot of history all around us. Sometimes I look out the window and watch the pigeons on the roofs across the way. It’s a bit cramped in here, especially when we get a new shipment of samples or documents. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look polished. It’s just a group of us working through the daily tasks. We take our tea breaks together and talk about mundane things like the weather or the traffic. It’s a practical environment. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the billing is correct. There isn't much more to it than that. We just show up, do the work, and lock up the office in the evening. It is a simple routine that works for us, and we keep it going day after day.
