Our place is located at 41, Kansari Para Road. It’s right in the 700025 area of Kolkata. Granophyre Aawas LLP isn't some big-name brand you see on every billboard. We’re a smaller group of people who just focus on residential projects. The office is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a big table for layouts, and a kettle that gets used a lot for tea. Dealing with real estate in this city means you have to be ready for surprises. One day it’s a pipe issue, the next it’s something with the permit paperwork. We just handle it as it comes. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with marketing talk. If someone comes by, we show them what we’re working on. Kansari Para Road is a good spot for us. It feels like a real neighborhood. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and making sure the workers have what they need to finish the job. It’s not always pretty, especially when it rains and the mud gets everywhere. But seeing a building take shape is why we do this. We keep things simple. There’s no need to make it complicated. We’ve got a job to do, and we just stay at it until it’s finished. Our files are organized in a way that makes sense to us. We just work here and do our best.
