Grand Boulevard Confectionery Llp

We are based at 17 Roy Street here in Kolkata. If you walk by, you might smell the sugar and flour before you even see the sign. It’s not a big corporate factory or anything fancy like that. We are just a small confectionery shop run by a few people who spend most of their time covered in bits of dough. The building is older and the kitchen gets really hot during the humid months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We don't have a marketing department or someone to write polished social media posts for us. We just make things. Some days the orders are piling up and it feels a bit chaotic behind the counter, but that is just life in a local business. We use basic ingredients and follow recipes that have been around for a while. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, and sometimes we run out of things earlier than we expected. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in the city. We just want to do our job and keep the ovens running at Roy Street. It is a simple life, really. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do. We just wake up, head to the shop, and start mixing the next batch of whatever needs to be made. That’s how it has always been for us.
