We operate out of 1425 Laskarhat Road in the Kolkata area. It’s a straightforward place where we handle all the building and planning work. There aren’t any decorations on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few project photos. We aren't interested in looking like a big fancy company. We just want to do our jobs and make sure the buildings we work on are solid. Working in the 700039 area means we are right in the thick of things. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and sample materials everywhere. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write polished speeches for us. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what’s going on with their projects. It’s about being practical and not wasting time on things that don’t matter. Some days we are out at the sites all day, and other days we are stuck here doing the books. It’s a mix of different tasks that keeps us on our toes. People in the area know us now because we show up and do what we said we would. We don’t use any corporate jargon or fancy slogans. It’s just us, a few desks, and a lot of hard work. We like the neighborhood and the people we work with every day. It’s a simple business model that has worked for us so far. We just keep our heads down.
