Our office is situated at 198/7 Mahatma Gandhi Road, right in the Haridevpur area. It’s a busy road, so there’s always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. We’ve been in this spot for some time now, and we’ve grown to like the energy of the neighborhood. Working in agro immunity means we’re often thinking about how to keep plants healthy and strong. It’s a lot of technical stuff sometimes, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. The office itself is nothing to write home about. We have some old desks, a computer that’s seen better days, and plenty of notebooks filled with sketches and numbers. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just write things down as we see them. Sometimes the tea runs out or the printer jams, but we just keep moving along. Most of our work involves talking to people about their crops and figuring out what’s going wrong in the fields. It’s practical work that requires a bit of patience. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our part and keep the business running. If you’re walking down MG Road near Haridevpur, you’ll see our door. It’s usually open during the day while we’re busy inside. It gets a bit dusty with the traffic, but we don't mind.
