We are over here at Rajdanga Main Road, right by the Merlin Acropolis area which most people know if they live around this part of Kolkata. It gets busy during the day with all the cars and shoppers, but our office stays focused on the building work. We handle various apartment projects around the city. Mostly it’s just us looking at blueprints, talking to contractors, and making sure the sites are actually moving forward. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially when the rain starts and the roads get messy, but that’s just part of the job here. We’ve been at 1858/1 for a while now. It isn't a fancy setup, just desks and a lot of paper everywhere. If you come by, you’ll see we are usually on the phone trying to get materials delivered on time. It is a lot of back and forth with the laborers and the suppliers. We deal with the typical stuff that comes with property development. Some days are just meetings that go on too long, and other days we are out checking the bricks and the cement. We aren't trying to do anything crazy, just getting the flats built like they should be. It’s hard work, and the traffic on Rajdanga can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we stay until the list for the day is mostly done. That is basically who we are and what we do in this neighborhood.
