Our company is GNK Sky Developers Private Limited and we work out of 19/17A, Seal Lane in the Tangra area of Kolkata. Tangra is an interesting place to be, and we have been here for a bit now. Our office is a simple setup where we keep all our project details and site notes. Developing property in this part of the city means dealing with a lot of different people every day. We aren't some polished firm from a high-rise building. We are right here on the ground, usually with mud on our boots from visiting sites. Most of our mornings are spent on the phone or meeting with contractors. It’s a lot of practical work, like checking if the cement is right or if the boundaries are marked correctly. The streets around Seal Lane are always busy, so getting materials in and out takes a lot of planning. We try to keep things organized, but in this business, things change fast. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on getting the structures built. It takes a lot of grit to keep things moving when the weather is bad or supplies are short. We are just a regular bunch of people trying to do a decent job with the land we have. We like being part of the local scene here in 700015 and working hard.
