Global Exports & Marketing

We are up on the 16th floor of Industry House on Camac Street. Being that high up gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we are just looking at our screens or talking to people. Global Exports & Marketing has been in this spot for a bit now. Camac Street is always packed with cars and people, so getting to the building can be a bit of a chore some mornings. The elevators at Industry House get a real workout during the rush. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have a lot of files and desks squeezed in, and it can feel a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. Mostly just calendars and some notes tacked up so we don't forget things. It’s a fast-paced kind of place, mostly because there is always something needing to be sent out or tracked down. We spend a lot of time on the phone, dealing with people from all over. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the marketing and export side of things doesn't fall behind. Some days are smoother than others, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the small stuff. We just focus on the task in front of us.
