We are located in Room No. 47 at P-36 India Exchange Place. It’s a very old building in a very busy part of the city. You have to climb a lot of stairs if the lift isn't working, which happens sometimes. The hallways are narrow and there are always people moving around with files or tea. We’ve been in this office for many years now. It’s not a big space, just enough for a couple of desks and some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full. We deal with exports. It’s mostly just paperwork and talking to people about shipping dates. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big reception area. It’s just a place where we work. Sometimes it gets really loud outside with all the traffic and people shouting, but we’re used to it by now. We know most of the other people in the building. We all just try to get through the day. The tea man comes around twice a day and that’s usually when we take a break. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It's an honest business. We make mistakes sometimes, like anyone else, but we fix them and keep going. Moving goods across the world is complicated but we’ve done it long enough that we know the tricks. It's just us here, doing the job every day.
