We are located at 217 Lower Circular Road, right in the middle of everything. It’s a very old and famous part of Kolkata, and our office is on the ground floor. Being on Lower Circular Road means there’s a constant stream of cars and people outside. It’s a lively place to work, even if it gets a bit loud. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we’ve seen the city change quite a bit around us. Our office is a practical space where we handle all the legal stuff and the planning for our development projects. We don’t bother with fancy office furniture or anything that looks too polished. We’re more interested in what’s happening on the construction sites. Most of us are out in the field for half the day anyway. We deal with a lot of old buildings and new projects, trying to make things work in a city that’s already so crowded. It takes a lot of patience and a lot of talking to different people to get anything done here. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our projects on track. There aren't any big secrets to how we work; we just show up, do our jobs, and try to be honest with the people we’re building for. It’s just regular life for us here in the city, working hard and staying busy.
