Giniya Abasan Private Limited

Our office is up on the fourth floor at Premises No. 179 in Anandapur. It's a decent spot in Kolkata, though the elevator can be slow sometimes if everyone is arriving at the same time. Giniya Abasan Private Limited has been working out of here for a while now. It's mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of printed maps of the local area taped to the walls. We spend most of our time figuring out where the next project is going and making sure the sites are moving along. It isn't always smooth. Sometimes weather gets in the way or a delivery of sand is late. That’s just how it goes in this business. We don't have a flashy lobby or anything like that. People come up to the fourth floor to talk about flats or look at some drawings we’ve got. Anandapur is a busy part of West Bengal, so there’s always something happening outside. We stay focused on the tasks at hand. Keeping track of everything takes a lot of effort, but we manage. We aren't a huge team, so everyone knows what the others are doing. It's better that way because things don't get lost as easily. We just try to do a solid job and keep the projects on track. If you walk into the office, you’ll probably see us on the phone or looking at a computer screen.
