Gherzi Eastern Limited

We are based in Kolkata, over in the Rajdanga Gold Park area. Our office is in the Chaturashram building, specifically at room 202 on 173 Rajdanga Gold Park. Gherzi Eastern Limited has been in this spot for some time. It’s a decent area, quite close to the main parts of the city but tucked away enough that we aren't right in the middle of the worst congestion. The 700107 postal code is a busy one though. The building itself has a bit of character to it, being one of those older Kolkata structures that has seen a lot of seasons. We spend our days here dealing with paperwork and the usual business stuff. The rooms are a bit small, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. During the rainy season, the humidity can get pretty high, so we keep the fans humming all day long. There’s a tea stall nearby that makes a good cup of chai, which is where we usually find ourselves during the mid-morning break. We aren't big on decorations or anything modern. We just have our old desks and a lot of folders stacked up. It’s a quiet place to work for the most part, except for the occasional honking from the street. We like the neighborhood because everything we need is within walking distance. It’s a very practical spot for us to keep things running every day.
