Genpact

You can find us at 85 Ee 2 in Phase III of the Anupama Housing Complex. We are located right off VIP Road, near the Haldiram landmark in Kolkata, 700052. It is a very busy area, especially with all the people heading toward the airport. Genpact is the name of our operation here. We work out of a space within the housing complex, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a stiff office. It is a functional setup. We have our computers and our files, and that is about it. There are not any marble floors or fountains in the lobby. We just show up every morning, settle into our chairs, and start on the day's tasks. Being near Haldiram is great because there is always somewhere to get good food. The noise from VIP Road is always there in the background, like a constant hum. We have gotten used to it over the years. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and some newer faces. We do not do much in the way of formal presentations. We just talk across the desks to get things sorted. It is a practical way to run things. We focus on being accurate and getting the work done without making a big fuss about it.
