Genpact

Genpact is located at 58 3 Ballygunge Circular Road in Kolkata. This is a pretty well-known street in a good part of the city. We have been here for a good amount of time. The office is situated in a building that has seen a lot of years. It is not one of those new glass towers, but it has a solid feel to it. We like being on Ballygunge Circular Road because it is easy for everyone to get to. The traffic can be a nightmare sometimes, but that is just life here. Inside, we have our desks and our equipment set up. It is a working environment, plain and simple. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get our jobs done. The people working here are just regular folks from around the city. We talk about the weather, the local news, and whatever work is on our plates. There is no corporate script here. We just communicate like normal people. Sometimes we have a lot of work and things get a bit stressful, but we manage. We are not trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to do our work correctly and go home to our families at the end of the day. If you are walking down the road, you might see us coming and going. It is just a regular place where people work hard and stay focused.
