You can find us at I-165 in Baishnabghata Patuli, which is a busy little part of Kolkata. Our office is tucked into a residential area, so it feels more like a house than a workplace sometimes. Genius Consultants Ltd sounds like a big, fancy name, but we are actually just a small team of people. We have been here for a good while and the neighbors all know us by now. Inside, it is mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We don't have any of those modern office pods or espresso machines. We usually just make tea in the back on a small burner. The work involves a lot of talking to people and looking at resumes. Kolkata has a lot of people looking for work, so we stay pretty busy most weeks. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing. If you come by, you’ll probably see us just working away in our shirtsleeves. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets a bit messy when we have a lot of files to go through. It is a straightforward job and we just try to do it right without making a big fuss about things. We aren't looking to become a giant company; we just want to keep things running smoothly here in Patuli. It’s a local business through and through.
