The office is in an older building that has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are not used to them. We mostly spend our time dealing with the daily grind of the business. It is a no-nonsense environment here. We have our desks set up and we just get to work every morning. Being in Howrah means we are close to a lot of things, which is handy. The local market is just a short walk away, which is where most of us grab lunch. We don't have any big flashy logos or expensive furniture. It is just a regular office where we do our jobs. People in the neighborhood know us as the folks at number 25. We try to keep things simple and honest. If the phone rings, we answer it. If there is mail, we sort it. It is a very practical way of doing things. We’ve stayed on Panchanantala Road because it is convenient and it feels like home to us. It’s just us doing our best in Howrah and keeping things moving forward as best we can.
