Gangapurna Builders Llp

Being over here at 36/1A Elgin Road means we are right in the thick of things. Gangapurna Builders Llp has been our main focus for a good bit of time now. The building we are in has that specific Kolkata character, you know? It’s got high ceilings and those big windows that let in all the street noise from outside. We spend our mornings going through site reports and figuring out where the next load of bricks is coming from. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people might think about builders. Most of our day is spent negotiating with suppliers or staring at a computer screen until our eyes start to hurt. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to make sure the walls we put up stay standing for a long time. There’s a lot of back and forth between us and the guys on the ground. Sometimes things go wrong, a truck breaks down or it rains too much to pour concrete, and we just have to deal with it as it happens. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when lunch gets pushed back late. It's just a regular office life with a lot of dust on our shoes. We like the neighborhood, even if parking is a nightmare most days. We just keep our heads down and get through the checklist one item at a time.
