Being on the first floor of 3 Cooper Street has its ups and downs. Mostly, it means we have to carry everything up the stairs, which keeps us fit, I guess. Victor Supply Syndicate has been at this location for some time. We deal with supplies—mostly the kind of things other businesses need but can’t always find easily. It's a bit of a mix here. The office is usually filled with boxes and some old ledgers. We don't really have a reception desk or anything like that. If the door is open, you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting closest. It’s a small team, just a handful of us making sure orders get filled and the right items go to the right people. Cooper Street is a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve learned to navigate it over the years. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to make sure the people who buy from us get what they paid for without too much fuss. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the street noise outside. It feels like a real place, not some sterile corporate office. We like it that way. Just simple, honest supply work from a first-floor office in a part of town we know well.
