You can find us at the Mahamayatala area on Mandir Road in Garia. We are located at the house of Swapan Kumar Ghosh, where Debasish Roy runs things. It’s a local setup, right in the heart of a busy residential part of Kolkata. We do a lot of data and info work here. The office is really just a couple of rooms with some sturdy tables and old computers. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. Mandir Road is always busy, especially in the evenings when people are heading home. We can hear the bells from the temple nearby, which is a nice sound to work to. We have a small group of guys who have been working together for years. We aren't interested in being a big name; we just want to do the work properly and get paid on time. Sometimes the electricity cuts out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that's just life in Garia. We share snacks in the afternoon and complain about the traffic like everyone else. There's no corporate hierarchy here. Everyone helps out with everything, whether it’s answering the phone or cleaning up the desks at the end of the shift. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We just handle the projects as they come in and try to keep our heads above water.
