GAJAKARNA NIRMAN LLP

We are located at 78, Bentinck Street, specifically in Room 14D on the 4th Floor of Block B. It is a busy part of Kolkata and the building always has people coming and going. GAJAKARNA NIRMAN LLP is basically just a small team of us working on construction and development. The office isn't very large, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of site supervisors in at once. There are folders everywhere and the phone rings more than we’d like. Most of our day is spent making sure the supply trucks reached the sites and that the labor is sorted out. We don’t have any polished marketing slogans. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Bentinck Street is full of shops and noise, which we have grown to love over the years. You can smell the street food from the window sometimes. We deal with the practical side of building things. It means getting our hands dirty and dealing with the city bureaucracy. We try to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating the process. If a wall needs building, we find the best way to get it done with what we have. It is a very hands-on type of business. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we’d rather be out at the site seeing the progress for ourselves. Even when things get stressful with deadlines, we just keep moving forward with the next brick and the next bag of cement.
