Future Talent Resources

We have been operating Future Talent Resources from this spot at 100 Aurobindo Sarani for a good while now. Our office is Flat 4 on the third floor, which means we get a decent amount of exercise just coming in every morning because the lift is a bit moody. Kolkata is a busy city, and this neighborhood is no exception. We spend most of our days talking to people who walk in or calling folks on the phone to sort out their files. The desks are a bit cluttered with folders and notes we have taken during the day. It is not the most organized place you will ever see, but we know where everything is. The third floor stays relatively quiet compared to the street level, which is nice when we are trying to focus on emails. We have a small tea station in the corner that gets a lot of use, especially in the afternoons when the heat starts to pick up outside. Sometimes the neighbors from the other flats pop in just to say hello, which makes it feel more like a community than just a strict workplace. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big meetings. It is just us here trying to keep things moving forward and making sure the paperwork for everyone is handled properly. It might not look like much from the outside of the building, but it works for what we need to do every day.
