Future Step Education Pvt. Ltd. is based over at 2A Bamacharan Roy Road in Behala. If you know Kolkata - 34, you know it can get pretty lively around here. Our place isn't hard to find, but it’s tucked away enough that we can get work done. We deal with education-related matters, mostly helping people figure out their next steps. It’s not a big university campus or anything like that. Just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who need some guidance. We’ve been in Behala for some time now. The building is older, but it has character. We don't spend much on decorating or making things look like a tech startup. We’d rather focus on the students or parents who come in with questions. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking through options. Some days are long, especially when exams are coming up or applications are due. We just take it one person at a time. There’s no fancy mission statement on the wall. We just show up, open the doors, and do what needs to be done. It’s a busy part of town, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. People in the neighborhood know where we are if they need us. That’s enough for us. We just keep things moving and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks in.
