Tutor'S Hub

We started Tutor'S Hub right here in Dhakuria a while back. It’s just a place where students come to get a bit of extra help with their schoolwork. We aren't a big school or a huge center with hundreds of rooms. It’s mostly just a few of us who know our subjects well and enjoy explaining things to kids. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, which helps when everyone is trying to concentrate. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the younger ones arrive, but we manage. We don’t use any complicated teaching methods or expensive software. It is mostly just books, pens, and sitting down to figure things out. People around Dhakuria know us, and we see the same faces every week. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most parents just talk to each other and that’s how they find out we’re here. The rooms aren't anything special, just chairs and tables and some whiteboards that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time drinking tea between sessions and talking about how the students are doing. It’s a simple setup. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed so the kids don't feel too much pressure. School is already hard enough for them. We just try to make things a little clearer when they get stuck on a tough problem or a long chapter. It’s rewarding in its own way for us and we like keeping it local.
