We are located in the Bengal Ambuja Housing Complex in Survey Park, Kolkata. It’s a residential area, so it stays fairly calm compared to the rest of the city. We work out of Flat No UV 03 03C. It’s not your typical business office, but it works for what we do at Fresh. Being in a housing complex means we have to keep the noise down, which actually helps us get more done. We’ve been here in the 700075 area for a while. Most of the time, it's just the sound of the ceiling fan and us working. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves instead of for some big firm. It’s been a bit of a struggle at times, figuring out the paperwork and all that, but we’re getting the hang of it. Kolkata is a busy place, but back here in Survey Park, it feels a bit different. We don't have any polished marketing stuff to show you. We are just regular people who decided to start something small. Sometimes we get distracted by the stuff going on in the complex, but we usually stay on track. It’s a simple life. We don't use any fancy management styles. We just talk to each other and get the tasks finished. It's honest work and we take it one day at a time. We don't have a big team, so we all do a bit of everything around here. It keeps things interesting for us.
