If you find yourself on Sambhu Babu Lane in Entally, you might see our place at 38A. Kolkata is a city that never really stops, and this little corner of it is no different. We run our business, Freelancing, from here. It’s a bit of an old building, the kind where the stairs creak a little when you walk up. We don't have any flashy decorations or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, it’s just one of us opening the door if someone knocks. We spend most of our time dealing with various tasks that people hire us for. It’s a lot of typing and clicking, to be honest. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us well enough. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just how it is here. We just deal with it and get back to work when things are running again. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We like the local vibe of Entally. There’s a certain way things get done here that you won’t find anywhere else. We don’t make big promises or use complicated words to describe what we do. We just take the work, do the work, and then move on to the next thing. It’s honest and it keeps us moving forward.
