We are located over at Rajfapri in Siliguri, right on the BSF VIP Road. It’s a busy stretch of road near Baikunthapur. FORTUNEXT CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of a space we share with Vikram Chhetri’s setup. Siliguri is a fast-growing place, and there is always something being built or repaired nearby. We find ourselves out on site more often than sitting behind a desk. Construction is hard work and it gets dusty, but that’s just how it is. We deal with all sorts of things, from getting the right sand to making sure the workers have what they need. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep the files and meet with suppliers. Sometimes the monsoon rains slow everything down, and we just have to wait it out. It can be frustrating, but we use that time to catch up on the boring office stuff. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know the local weather and the local roads pretty well. People know where to find us if they have questions about a project. We just keep our heads down and try to do honest work. It's not about being fancy, it's just about getting the structures up.
