Food-O-Feed

Started on Tarachand Dutta Street at number 16. The ground floor is where we stay. It gets dusty with the traffic, but it’s home for us. We handle a lot of the feed supplies. It’s not fancy. Just bags and boxes everywhere. We have a small table for tea. People walk past all day. Some poke their heads in to ask questions. We just answer them as best as we can. It’s a lot of manual work. Carrying things, checking lists. The street is always loud. You hear the horns and people shouting. We’ve gotten used to it. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when it’s hot outside. We don’t have a big sign, just the address and our name. Sometimes the neighbor's dog sits by the door. We don’t mind. It’s just how things are here at Food-O-Feed. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it gets a bit messy with the orders. We’ve been in this same spot for a while now. Most people around here know who we are. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s a good place to be if you like being in the middle of everything. We spend most of our time just making sure the stock is right and the doors are open on time. That is about it really. It is just a normal day here.
