We’ve been operating out of our office at 18A, Satyendranath Majumdar Sarani for a while now. It’s a busy spot, and most days you’ll find us hunched over site plans or arguing about the price of materials. Fluorite Developers Private Limited isn't a massive firm with a fancy lobby. It's just us, working on projects around the city. We deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes with building and developing land. Sometimes things go smooth, other times we’re dealing with rain delays or late deliveries, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. People often stop by the office to ask about local spots or just to check on how a job is progressing. We try to keep things straightforward. There’s no big sales pitch here. If you walk into our place on Satyendranath Majumdar Sarani, you’ll probably see piles of paperwork and some half-empty coffee cups. We focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the walls are straight. It's a lot of coordination between different crews and making sure the trucks show up when they're supposed to. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or brochures because the work itself takes up most of our day. It’s hard work, but we like seeing a project finally come together after months of planning and digging. We've been part of this neighborhood for a bit, and we plan on staying put and keeping busy with whatever comes next.
