FINZEO CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Finzeo Constructions LLP is located over on Topsia Road in Kolkata. We are up on the 4th floor of the building at 31/2. It’s a busy area, lots of traffic and noise outside, but inside we just focus on the building projects we have going on. Kolkata is a big city and there is always something being built or fixed up nearby. We spend a lot of our time looking at site plans and talking to vendors. It's not always glamorous work, honestly. There’s a lot of back and forth with suppliers and making sure the crews have what they need. The 4th floor gets a bit warm in the summer months, but we have our fans going. We've been in this spot for a while now and know the neighborhood well. Sometimes we grab lunch at the little shops downstairs. Dealing with construction in West Bengal means you have to be ready for anything, especially when monsoon hits and the streets get flooded. We try to keep things organized despite the chaos of the city. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just one that does what it says it will do. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking schedules. It’s just regular work for us. We like the grit of Topsia Road; it keeps us grounded.
