Our place is on the ground floor at 291 SK Deb Road here in Kolkata. Being on the ground floor is great because it means we don't have to wait for any slow elevators when we are in a hurry to get out to a project site. Fenal Projects is a straightforward company. We handle construction work and project management for various local developments. It’s a lot of hands-on work, so you won’t always find us sitting in the office. There are usually only a few of us around to handle the phone calls and keep the records straight. The space is filled with project folders and old coffee cups, just a normal workspace for people who actually build things. We don't go in for any of that corporate jargon. We just talk like regular people and focus on the practical side of construction. Dealing with the traffic on SK Deb Road is probably the hardest part of our day sometimes. We’ve been operating in this area for a while and know the local suppliers and workers pretty well. It’s about building relationships and making sure the work is solid. We don’t make things sound better than they are; we just tell the truth about where a project stands. If you need to find us, just look for the ground floor office on the main road. We are usually around during normal hours unless everyone is out at a site.
