Fawn Buildprop Llp

Working out of office 104 on the first floor of 48 Ezra Street is pretty much what you’d expect for a place in Kolkata. Fawn Buildprop Llp is just a small team of us trying to keep things moving forward. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying big rolls of blueprints up can be a real pain sometimes. It’s 700001, so the area is always buzzing with people and vehicles. We spend a lot of time looking at site requirements and making sure the supplies are going where they need to go. It’s not flashy work, mostly just phone calls and checking lists. The office is often a mess of folders and loose papers because things move fast here. We don't really have a reception area or anything like that; if you walk in, you’re basically standing right where the work happens. Sometimes it gets a bit loud because of the street noise below, but we’re used to it by now. We usually have the fans going full blast during the humid months to keep from sweating too much over the documents. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of our building projects without making too much of a fuss. We like being in this part of town despite the traffic because everything we need is just around the corner. It is just how we operate.
