Our workplace is up on the 13th floor of the Acropolis building in Kasba. It is a pretty high spot, so we get a decent view of Rajdanga Main Road from up here. Even though the building is quite modern, our office feels pretty casual. We aren't the type of people who wear ties every day unless there’s a really big meeting. Most of the time, we are just in our shirtsleeves, working through residential project plans. Fastgrow Residential LLP isn't about some fancy global vision; we just want to get houses built for people. It takes a lot of coordination with builders and suppliers. We spend a lot of time checking on progress and making sure the details are right. It’s hard work and sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix them and keep going. We don’t try to sugarcoat anything. Construction and residential planning have their ups and downs. We’ve got a small team here in Kasba, and we’ve all been doing this for a while. We know the local rules and how to get things done in this part of Kolkata. If you come by, you’ll find us busy with maps and site reports. It’s a busy atmosphere but we like it that way. No need for anything too polished when the real work happens on the ground. We just try to keep things moving forward one day at a time.
